Trained by The Academy of Executive Coaching in London, Jon Echanove, profiting from his wide multicultural experience, has focused on the training and development of leaders through the ability to build interpersonal relationships, of managing conflict, building teams and cooperation dynamics.
Currently Jon Echanove is assessor of the excellence model of EFQM, Executive Coach and affiliate researcher at ECCO (Evolution, Complexity and COgnition Research Group) where he conducts a research deepening on the works of C. Rogers, F. Varela or G.C. Fiumara searching for new approaches to relationships, communication and leadership.
In parallel to his professional activity in the corporate world, as an expat and married to a Chinese national, he has developed a deep interest on intercultural communication, integration and assimilation of a new culture, that have encouraged him to extend his coaching activity to the scope of personal relations.
